Himelein
Himelein is a dark brown top-fermented beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle, unfiltered, without added herbs and an alcohol content of 5.5%, color 65 IBC, bitterness 20 EBU.
Pour at 6° to 12°
Complex nose, barley straw, full and round, roasted, licorice, anise, candy, brown sugar, long finish
The name refers to a local folk saint, Saint Hymelinus. Royalties go to the Brotherhood of St. Himelinus.
